Every member of the company has the responsibility to ensure that:

  •     • Expectations of our customer to our services and products’ quality are achieved.
  •     • Products’ quality and processes are continually improved while managing costs effectively.
  •     • Training is provided to all staff so that this policy can be effectively implemented.

This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed to ensure its suitability.
Safety Policy
Safety Policy Statement

Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited is fully aware of our duties and responsibilities towards the safety and health of our employees. In addition, we shall request commitments from our customers, consultants, contractors and suppliers to participate in our activities to achieve our Safety and Health objectives. We will also ensure clear accountability and responsibility for safety at all levels of the company by reinforcing the idea that we all have the responsibility to work safely.

We are committed to:

  •     • Complying with all relevant Safety and Health legislations and code of practices;
  •     • Conducting risk assessment for risky operational processes and providing relevant working instructions;
  •     • Minimizing accident via continued monitoring and review on the safety and health performance;
  •     • Establishing a safe and healthy working environment;
  •     • Enhancing staff awareness on occupational safety and health through training;
  •     • Providing resources and support to the promotion and implementation of occupational safety
          and health policy;
  •     • Reviewing the safety policy in a manner of not more than 2 years interval.

This Safety Policy represents the commitment of HKC to occupational safety and health and is available to the general public upon request.
Environmental Policy
Environmental Policy Statement

Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited is committed to considering all public environmental concerns through the adoption and implementation of best environmental practices of business activities.

We are committed to:

  •     • Preventing pollution arising from our concrete production activities, products and services; 
  •     • Conserving materials and minimizing wastages through better resources management;
  •     • Complying with all applicable and prevailing environmental legal requirements and code of practices; 
  •     • Enhancing the awareness and competence of all persons working for and on behalf of HKC by
          providing training and communications so as to continually improve their environmental performance.

This policy represents the commitment of HKC to the protection of environment.  It will be accomplished through the establishment of environmental objectives and targets, and execution of its environmental management programs. This policy is available upon request to any interested parties including the general public.
