1994
Koning Concrete Limited became a shareholder of Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited. In 1995, Koning Concrete Limited became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiwan Cement International Holdings Limited.

1994
Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited was awarded the certificate of Quality Scheme for the Production and Supply of Concrete by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.

1998
China Overseas Land & Investment Limited became a shareholder of Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited.

2003
Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited was awarded the ISO 14001 certificate by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.

2005
Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited made a strategic joint venture, partnering with China Concrete Company Limited to form Hong Kong-China Concrete Company Limited. In the same year, Hong Kong-China Concrete Company Limited was awarded the certificates of ISO 9001 and the Quality Scheme for the Production and Supply of Concrete by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.

2006
Hong Kong-China Concrete Company Limited was awarded the ISO 14001 certificate by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.

2008
Hong Kong-China Concrete Company Limited launched its new corporate image.

2014
Hong Kong-China Concrete Company Limited was awarded the OHSAS 18001 certificate by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.

2015
Upon completing the joint venture agreement, Hong Kong-China Concrete Company Limited became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited. Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited launched a new corporate identity and carried on all business activities with the new image and trade name.
